It includes happiness, love, compassion, peace, festival, life, death, self-introspection, realization, and much more. And each thing makes life beautiful and calm and events make life joyous and pious. In life, festivals play a vital role. Each religion has its own festivals and culture and they perform according to religious activities according to their capacity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Festivals occupy an important place in the life of every nation. It shows the connection among the being who is directly associated with the religion. Festivals indicate the culture and traditions of the nation because each country does religious practices differently but festivals bind the nation with the bond of the intangible thread of love, compassion, faith, and peace. It gives immense pleasure to the being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"606\" src=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/eid-al-adha-3611190_1280-1024x606.jpg\" alt=\"Eid al Adha\" class=\"wp-image-1080\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/eid-al-adha-3611190_1280-1024x606.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/eid-al-adha-3611190_1280-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/eid-al-adha-3611190_1280-768x454.jpg 768w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/eid-al-adha-3611190_1280.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Each nation has different festivals to celebrate. If I talk about the Islamic followers or Muslims, they have two major festivals to celebrate, one is \u201c<em>Eid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> and <em>\u201cEid-ul-Fitr\u201d<\/em>. Eid-ul-Adha is also known as \u201cEid-ul-Zuha\u201d. It is also known as \u201cBakri Eid\u201d in the Indian subcontinent. We also know this festival as the <em>\u201cFestival of Sacrifices\u201d<\/em>. It is basically a reminder of Abraham&#8217;s faith and dedication to <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the belief of Islamic followers or <em>\u201cMuslims\u201d<\/em>, <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em> asked Abraham to sacrifice his son for the sake of <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em>, and even though he was a good man and loved his son very much, his devotion and faith in God was so strong that he didn&#8217;t hesitate to take it. He took this bold step and agreed to sacrifice his son. Abraham&#8217;s desire to sacrifice his son for the sake of <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em> caused <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em> to spare his son&#8217;s life, and so a lamb was sacrificed in his place. It was a miracle of <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em> and it proved that he has authority over all things and the known and unknown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to this holy event in the history of Islam, Muslims now celebrate <em>\u201cEid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> every year to get the <a href=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/18\/life-and-sufi-music\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blessings and forgiveness<\/a> of <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/praying-5046279_1280-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"Eid\" class=\"wp-image-1082\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/praying-5046279_1280-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/praying-5046279_1280-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/praying-5046279_1280-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/praying-5046279_1280.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> is a holy Muslim event celebrated every year around the world with sacrifices, prayers, and food. <em>\u201cEid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> is also known as <em>Badi Eid<\/em> and is the second most important festival in Islam. <em>\u201cEid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> occurs on the 10th of Zil Hajj in the month of Hajj, when all pilgrims to Mecca have performed obligatory events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Majorly, this festival <em>\u201cEid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> is celebrated worldwide. All the Islamic followers do their religious practices on this day and spread love and peace at their places. They celebrate this festival from the morning prayer and offer their prayers to <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em>. After that, they offer <em>\u201cKurbani\u201d<\/em> which means sacrifices in the form of Goat, Lamb, and Camel. Sacrifice is divided into three parts, one for family, another is kept stored and the third is distributed among the poor and needy people in the form of charity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"842\" src=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mosque-5443777_1280-1024x842.jpg\" alt=\"Eid Mosque Painting\" class=\"wp-image-1081\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mosque-5443777_1280-1024x842.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mosque-5443777_1280-300x247.jpg 300w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mosque-5443777_1280-768x632.jpg 768w, https:\/\/scimonk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mosque-5443777_1280.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Activities During the Festival<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On this pious day, Islamic followers or devotees wear clean clothes in accordance with their capacity. After that, in the early morning, they offer Namaz or Prayers to the \u201cAllah\u201d and hug each other and say Eid-Mubarak. They distribute sweets and spread sweetness all around. They spread the message of brotherhood, love, and compassion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The delectable dishes are cooked in their houses like sweet noodles, meat, and much more. These foods are served to the guests and friends. In India, they invite their friends and relatives to celebrate this festival enormously. Eid also binds different religions like Hinduism, Sikhism, and Christianity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They all enjoy this festival immensely and give gifts to their loved ones. Eid makes a connection of affection, sympathy, religious togetherness, and fraternity. In India, this festival is celebrated in one day but in few countries like Pakistan, Morocco, and Bangladesh, it is celebrated for four days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Words.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEid-ul-Adha\u201d<\/em> is the most important festival of Islam. This festival spreads the blessings of <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em> or the Almighty. It also shows great faith in one&#8217;s <em>\u201cAllah\u201d<\/em> or Almighty in the matter of sacrifice. Eid promotes love, compassion, peace, joy, and happiness among people.
